Merry Christmas.....

I usually spend a whole day making fresh wreaths for the front door and my beautiful gate at the top of the garden, however I’ve been pretty sick with a cold for over two weeks now so I was looking for a really quick make this year as I was so behind on my Christmas decorations!  If you love flower arranging ( like me) then this was super quick and think it is one of my favourites!! It’s basically a wet oasis foam circle ( purchased from garden centre) then literally filled it with greenery!  Then I popped to the supermarket and found these gorgeous red roses and just slipped them in amongst the greenery! Simple but really effective! It’s looks a very expensive wreath but cost me roughly £15! The roses will probable need a re-fresh however it’s been so cold lately a week later and they still look good! I hope you enjoy making a wreath or decorating your home this festive season!

A Snowy Morning...

Wow we woke up to this last Sunday morning....the garden looked very pretty! As we are on a hill we had about 4 inches...now we’re off to build a snowman and to use the sledge we have had in the garage for the last 7 years..

Stampin Up! Santa

This was the last class for 2017. We used the detailed Santa Thinlits to make these really ‘Christmassy Cards’....we also had time in class to make small gift box which the ladies found very easy to make!

Stampin Up! Christmas Class 2017

This was a make we did at our Christmas Class last week, we used the Botanical Builder Framelits and a colour combination of basic black and real red. I received lots of comments of how unusual they were.

Stampin Up! Classes take a Summer Break.

Thank You to everyone who has come along to my classes over the last few months. We have lots of new ladies who have joined in the fun! Classes will re-start in September but if you would like to receive the new Spring/Summer 2017 Catalogue then please drop me a line. I'm in the process of organising the Christmas Classes, I have had a sneaky pre-view of the catalogue and it has some really fabulous things even if you are new to paper crafting....there is something in there for everyone. Class Handmade Gift from me!

After and extremely busy week in class using the Everyday Hero Stamp set we have now finally finished! I had the opportunity to meet some lovely new crafters who thoroughly enjoyed there session! I made each class attendee a cute gift box which co-ordinated with our projects! They absolutely loved them!

April Stampin Up! Class.....

Spring is nearly here thank goodness and this class fits the bill perfectly...."lift me up!" Is a brand new Stamp Stamp with co-ordinating framelits from the Spring Catalogue.. We will be creating three projects, the smaller card is actually a note card with a beautiful envelope that you will embellish. Dates for the class are Tuesday 25th (limited seats) and Thursday 27th April at 10am. Anniversay Wishes...

It was my 8th Wedding Anniversay this week and as time is always against me I managed to make a quick card for Hubby! It's amazing sometimes that less is more on a card and this little frog was perfect!

Spring Stampin Up! Catalogue...

I have enjoyed designing my spring classes from this new brochure from Stampin Up! My next class is called Birthday Blast which is a super versatile set, love the swirl on the birthday sentiment...a great stamp for a male card which we all find tricky. I'm running this class on the 7th and 9th Feb. (7th full) This colour combo is daffodil delight and Bermuda bay which normally I wouldn't put together but it works so well! Love the way the brand new Star framelits stand upright on the box..which we will be handstamping! Look forward to seeing you if your on this class!

February's Class...

So February is looming so here is a taste of next months class. It's called Birthday Blast and it's from the new spring catalogue. We will be creating the cards and very useful large box which will be hand Stamped! This class has been extremely popular and I have limited seating now for the Thursday session, 9th February. I hope you enjoy this class if your coming...

Floral Framelits

I just love this set from Stampin Up! I made these two beautiful bags in Rich Razzlebery and Night of Navy. A massive thanks to Bibiana Cameron for the wonderful tutorial! The framelit set comes with a Co-ordinating stamp set...my first class of 2017 will be using this set.
