Stampin Up! January Class.

This is a lovely class making 3 gift cards and a pretty co-ordinating box to keep them in.  We are using the Garden in Bloom Stamp set and English Garden designer series paper.  26th Jan ( full) and 27th Jan ( limited seats) at 10am, Crafting in a log cabin in Cookham Dean.  All materials provided and no experience need...£15. FOLK IT!

In September I visited Kirsty Alsop's handmade fair at Hampton Court Palace...a great day out covering all types of crafting! This Company called Folk It caught my eye.  It's painting but in a really quick and easy way using simple designs.  Here is my tester egsample.....now I'm ready to make some hand painted cards...I will pop back on another post soon to share with you!!' Love trying out a new technique!!! 

White Christmas....

My Christmas classes are rolling in.....only one more left!!! So this week it was all about the lovely glitter from Stampin' Up! We used the White Christmas stamp set...here is a quick glimpse of what the ladies received in class as a small gift...I think the Night of Navy Cardstock is a lovely Chrismassy colour with the glimmer paper!!  They loved them...and I showcased the stars punch on these projects too!!

Table Gifts....

Yeah!!  Another class done....and another week closer to Christmas....yesterday was all about favour/gift boxes using the Square Pillow Box Framelit...I made each person who attended class a cute gift and they even received a couple of Christmas cards from me too!!!  Hope it kicks starts there Christmas Card making!!

Homemade with a touch of Stampin Up!

Well that's the 24 jars of sticky quince jelly made...we are entering two into next years village fete so thought I would add a little decoration to them...if you make home produce then this stamp set is perfect to add a little touch to your jars...it is called Among the Branches and has two other lovely sentiments...perfect for this time of year...it's available in the winter catalogue but be sure to get it quick...emmaloudesigns.stampinup.net

Square Pillow Box Framelit.

I'm looking forward to this upcoming class..we will be making 6 boxes during the class two of each design...the Framelit gives a fantastic sturdy box which you can decorate how you like! I ran one through an embossing folder and got a really lovely look....really simple and easy..all you need is a little creative imagination...they make super gift packaging ideas or table favours....hope you give this project a

go.....

Reindeer Paper Clip Card.

Hi there and welcome to my Blog if you have popped over from my Facebook page.  Here is a simple quick Christmas card, great to do with the kids or if you want to make a batch of cards in no time at all. All the supplies are pictured here, I did zip mine up a little by adding a sentiment and an envelope liner but you can keep it as simple as you like...

The only extra supplies I used was glue dots ( 3 per paperclip is plenty) to adhere the paperclip to the card and a pack of the ready to go notelets and envelopes..you get 20 in a pack so a thrifty project! It's Halloween Time!!!

Seems no time since last year....we had lots of children trick or treating last year so I decided to stock up on sweets this year and not get caught out this time round!!! I made a couple of these treat bags ( for special friends) using the Mini Muslin Bags from Stampin Up! They are super cute and all I did was stamp

my image straight onto the bag using SU Classic ink! Voila....would make great treat bags for a Birthday or Christmas! ( the bags are £9 for 8 so a steal!!! ). And here is a picture of our VERY decorated front door!!! Hope you have a safe and enjoyable Halloween.

A useful little notepad...

These are really quick and easy to make, I purchased the rings from Ryman (4 in a box). Then using my scallop tag topper punch from stampin up cut paper to size and hey presto done!!! ....you could make them any size and thickness.  These are class gifts for this evenings Ladies who are joining me at the Tin of Cards Class..I'm sure they will find them useful as it's the time of year for making a list!!! The card stock is calypso coral with co-ordinating designer series paper...the Just a note Sentiment is from the Watercolour Wishes project kit, which was perfect for the job!

Celebrate Today Birthday Card..for a man!

This set is so useful with the co-ordinating framelits.  We have a birthday in the house this week...he loves blue so this was fresh looking and cheery...

I have used a little Designer Series Paper to co-ordinate with the colours..

I'm pleased with the result and was a super quick card!
