Folk It..

Some time ago I posted my projects from folk it...( hand painted decorative items/cards)

I had a really big interest in them so this year I thought I would run a simple class just using the dot technique but look at the amazing results. Dates will be posted soon...this is just a spoiler I guess to what's in store!

Stampin Up! Christmas Class.

The first of our Christmas classes kick off this with lovely cute set of tags, which can be stored in the decorative acetate box!  The co-ordinationg Christmas card finishes the look! 4th October, at 10am £15.  I will also be showing you how the pretty designer papers are great for wrapping your Christmas gifts in...with class you will be sure to

September Stampin' Up! Class.

Tuesday 13th September at 10am till midday. £15 coffee/tea included. Come along and enjoy a morning of crafting using the You're Sublime Stamp Set.  We will also be making a cute box using the Bigshot. ( bakers box Thinlits) a really easy relaxing craft project to kick off our Autumn sessions.  You will also receive a small note card box to keep your note cards in or make it into a gift! A little Wreath Inspiration...

I love making wreaths..I have made many using paper, felt and fabric! However I just could not resist sharing these that I found on Pinterest! May have to have a go and make the cotton reel one! Love love love it!

Chapel Flower Arrangement.

I created this Pedestal Arrangment for Chapel last week, I just wanted to share with you what you can do with Supermarket flowers.  This cost me £21.05 ( ok the greenery did come from my garden)  but look what you can create with high street flowers! Thanks Tesco..and guess what a week later and they are still really fresh!

A Tie Fold Card for Fathers Day...

So simple but effective! I used the brand new Affectionately Yours Designer Series paper from Stampin Up to make these male cards....so easy and quick with limited supplies required. Great for kids to create for there dads...Father's Day is just around the corner.  You can find many tutorials on you tube to find out how to make the knot...it's literally 5 simple folds!

Tuffet....

Have spent the last two days with a friend making these amazing Tuffets...we were part of a two day class.  It was pretty full on and exhausting but we went home this evening with them completed!

Very pleased but exhausted! 

Tilda Quilt.

I have just completed this quilt using the Tilda Charm Packs.  These are already pre-cut squares so a massive time saver, although I feel they are on

the  pricey side!  On saying that I absolutely love the way this quilt turned out! It has a super fluffy soft backing...I'm going to make another one very soon!

Stampin Up'! Classes..

Easter Lamb

This little fella is so cute...I made a batch of Easter Cards this year, something I never get round to doing! He comes wood mounted so he's literally ready to stamp and go, (£9.00) a great stamp to purchase to craft with children..you get such a clear image so it would be easy for them to decorate the little lamb. I decided to watercolour him in and use a little designer series paper in mint macaron.

Hope you like him and maybe it will give you some inspiration for some Easter Crafting.

Spiral Flower Die from Stampin Up!

Since I have been a demonstrator at Stampin Up I have

made many if these wreaths using punches and dies...but this one is made from fabric and each flower has been hand sewn! I used the spiral flower die from Stampin Up and the fabric is from Susie Watson Designs...it was a labour of love but well worth it for my kitchen door! 

Mothers Day Card

These are my cards for the two mums...they are concertina cards.  One piece of designer series paper cut into three and concertina folded glue them all together in a line and there you have it.  I punch the two ends with my tag topper punch, wrapped a little ribbon and there you go! You can decorate how you wish with what you have! Hope you like the inspiration? 

Fancy fold Card..

This is a clever idea as this sentiment suspends on a piece of bakers twine...I made a male version here but I just love how the card has movement..i made the circles with the circle framelits and the Bigshot.

Sky is the Limit.

This is March's Class love this! It's a pop up card in a box...a gift almost in itself! My class attendees will receive this stamp set as part of there class....can't wait to show them how to create it!

Garden in Bloom.

This must be my favourite Designer Series Paper from the annual catalogue! I did not want to cut it and the whole pack has been in my stash for ages! So I decided I had to make something...these are adorable, little gift bags with a co-ordinating card!  There is not one pattern I don't like out of the 6 designs....I will be sorry to see this go in a few months when the new catalogue is launched.

Sprinkles of Life cute Gift Tags..

I ran I recent class using the Sprinkles of Life Stamp set...these tags are what my ladies received as there table gift! I love the paper, stamps and punch it all co-ordinates so perfectly! 

Valentine's!

It's that time of year again to make your Valentine card! I'm not that fond of Valentine's Day however I do make a card for hubby just to say Happy Valentines. I do love making slider cards! 

Stampin' Up!

One of the reasons I joined Stampin' Up! a couple of years ago is the fact that everything co-ordinates...and the end results look so lovely...I think what I made here shows

off what I'm on about clearly! Simple cards with a little curvy keepsake box!
